This notice describes the diagnostic and browser workspace on this website.

Before you share

Assessment answers, reports and monthly workspace entries are saved in your browser’s local storage. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to see them. You can remove them by clearing this site’s browser data. Downloads remain on your device until you delete them.

When you choose to share your report

The “Share with Brizo” form sends your name, email, assessment answers and consent timestamp to Brizo’s application database so we can prepare your results review. If you request an email copy and delivery is configured, your contact details and report are sent through our email provider. Do not include confidential customer records, credentials or personal customer data in free-text fields.

Monthly workspace

The current workspace stores monthly aggregate metrics in your browser. CSV imports are processed in your browser. It is not connected to your CRM or accounting system and does not automatically send those metrics to Brizo. Use exports to keep a backup.

Booking and service providers

Booking links may take you to Cal.com, which handles scheduling under its own privacy terms. Hosting providers may process standard request logs to operate the website. We agree the data access and handling requirements for a client pilot before connecting business systems.

Questions or deletion requests

Contact ivan@brizoai.com to ask about or request deletion of information you shared with Brizo. Clearing your browser data does not remove information you previously submitted through the sharing form.
